Love is a smile

We idolize and worship the quest
A constant ache to be quenched
Desired to feel the love of another person
We forget the simple things in our life's

The constant drama nerves of a meeting
Then the tummy rumbles of the first date
Trying to be a perfect stranger to them
We forget that not a single person is perfect

We jump through hoops in a crazy fashion
Yet, our life's should always be our first love
Why try to be there perfect imagination
Instead of the truth of who we are

Love is a smile we always desire
We forget that love isn't another person
Love can be a singular moment today
That can be anything and no one
